Shipping Policy

NOTE: If your purchase contains pre-order or back-ordered items, said items will ship when the models go live or are available again.

USA Orders

All orders ship free within the United States! We work to process orders in 2-5 business days. We will email you a tracking number once your order is shipped.

For domestic customers who reside in USA territories or overseas USA installments, either temporarily or permanently: You are urged to verify with your command center or relevant agency regarding the best way to receive your order. TannerIdeas is not responsible in any way if you cannot receive your order in an unauthorized area.

Other Countries

We work to process international orders in 2-5 business days. We will email you a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note that your orders may take around 10-15 business days to pass through every import destination and ultimately arrive at your doorstep.

All shipping prices to locations outside the United States are calculated automatically during checkout; you can preview the shipping cost before entering payment information and completing the order. Most items have a USD 20.00 flat rate shipping.

Tanner Ideas is not legally, financially, or otherwise responsible if your customs agency seizes the item you purchased. Placing an order indicates that you verified import status. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchased item is allowed to import.

Back-Order Items

If you purchase an item on backorder, orders will usually ship in about 30 days or less, depending on my wait times.

Pre-Order Items

If you purchase a pre-order item, it will usually ship in 30 days or less. Depending on when you pre-ordered an item, we may be able to ship it much faster. Once the pre-order phase is complete, we will start shipping orders.

Wrong Shipping Information

We create the shipping labels based on the information a customer provides. If you accidentally enter an incorrect or incomplete address, you are to inform us immediately regarding a correction to your error. If the order has not shipped out yet, we can fix this for you at no additional cost. If it has shipped, please contact the courier immediately to prevent complications and inform us of the error. We are not responsible for any lost package incorrectly addressed due to customer error.

If the courier returns your item to us due to customer error, you will be invoiced a resend fee and bound by the regular processing times.

If Your Package Was Marked as “Delivered” But You Did Not Receive It

Courier delivery vehicles use GPS to update a package as “delivered” prematurely automatically. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake and typically arrives the following day.

Based on the courier used to ship, we recommend contacting your local USPS post office. Local courier offices will be able to provide quicker, more up-to-date service. If they have no information, if you filed a claim, or if you have any other questions, please get in touch with us. We are happy to assist with requests from the courier in their efforts to locate your package.
