Question: Why are there no real-life sword pictures?

If you want a real-life picture of any sword, please email me at support@tannerideas.com, and I will gladly send you pictures. I have built countless iterations of each sword, so it has taken me a long time to update my personal sword collection. I would rather show the most up-to-date versions of my swords.

Question: Can I order a custom sword or sheath?

Yes, you can!!! Please contact me at support@tannerideas.com. More information can be found here: Custom Swords and Sheaths.

Question: What software do you use to create the models?

I build all of my instructions and models using a software called Studio.

Question: How long does it take a back-ordered item to ship?

If you purchase an item on backorder, I can normally ship it in about 30 days or less, depending on my wait times.

Question: How long does it take a pre-ordered item to ship?

If you pre-order an item, the closer to the start date of the pre-order, the faster it will ship. When you pre-order an item on the last day, it will normally take 30 days to ship.

Question: Are your products officially licensed?
